Another New World Record for Elzinga

Peter Elzinga of The Neterlands today broke his own 50M World Record of 357 with a 358 at the Dutch Nationals. Peter used the same Hoyt Vantage Elite and Easton Pro Tours that he used when he set the 1419 FITA round World Record earlier this season.

It's interesting to note he dropped both of the points on the final end... can you say pressure?

Good shooting. What was his final score (assuming it was a full FITA)?

The FITA webpage has 31 compounders and a single recurver on their lists, though only updated mid-April. I will admit when I saw the thread title I thought he'd pushed it up to 1420!!

Blimey, I thought I'd done quite well shooting a 343 this weekend!

Any idea what type of scope he uses? What magnification, circle, large pin, small pin etc.

Well, I've only been messing with the compound for a while and I don't like to boast.

He is very disciplined in his archery. He does a variety of fitness training. He practises a lot. He is very particular and methodical in setting up and maintaining his bows. He is unsurprisingly also very methodical with his shooting.
