MY STAPLES ARE OUT! Nurse said it was a nice clean scar. Will look better once ite had a good wash and all the blood and crispy bits have dropped off.

that scar looks pretty god for the timesince the op.

just try not to scratch it cos it'll probably still be a bit itchy for a day or so.

got a piece of info for you as well, in your absence i appear to have accidetally switched to compound.

Nice one. Still on for the SKB H2H in a couple of weeks though!

Whats up with your recurve? just gonna have an indoor season hammering the wheels?

I've had too many problems latey with it.

I think its shaking itself to pieces since I got the new limbs.

Could be a new riser on order or change of limbs.
Either way I need a bit of time away from it until it get a full check up. Changing to compound was the easiest option.

If you want i can make you a faster string for the Samick before you get back.
Mine's working a treat.

Well after 5 weeks I feel great.

Just got back from the Lake District where I took my kayak and had a couple of good sessions on that.

Im going to try shooting my SKB tonight. Start out short distances and see how it feels.

I hope you didn't hurt your shoulder again, lifting the kayak. Remember last time.....
Good shooting. I'm off to the US National Target Championship,5 days of shooting,2 full FITA's and an Olympic round.

Cheers
