Look, what are you waiting for, if you paid with your credit card, contact your lender and tell them the funds have been withdrawn from your account and no goods have arrived as yet, and ask them to investigate and get them to refund your account, I think you've been more than patient. When I use an online company for the first time I obtain a contact address and telephone number and contact them directly if this is not an option then I use another supplier, it always pays to do a little research first! anyone can set up a Mickey Mouse online shop from their front room or garage these days and have a slick looking web site but they can't back up the promises. If he did this to you before why use them again?

I am afraid that I have just deleted them from my list of suppliers as it seems that they have not shown any improvement in the level of their service at all.
A great pity as they started out describing themselves as being a really worthwhile company with highly commendable aims.

I'll make sure not to use them, also look out for TheOutdoorstore.com, they dont answer emails and their phone is an answer machine and the dont answer messages. I have opened a claim for the refund through Paypal.

On a good note i can highly recommend Alternative Sporting Services.
They are very quick despating goods and offer a 5% discount through their ABC scheme, well worth it if spending a lot of money.
