Finger Shooting rest with a release aid
I recently started to add accesories to my compound (Reflex Super Slam) as I used to shoot it off fingers, but since I got the Oneida Black Eagle I use that full time for NFAS field shooting.
Got a scope and fitted a peep then started shooting with a release aid, tried all sort of arrow rests from drop aways to sprung fingers to blades but I cant quite believe how my old finger shooting rest suits (well for me anyway) shooting with a release aid. Its a NAP Quicktune 750 - I just setup the center shot and bingo its shooting 10p sized groups at 18 yards repeatably - not tried it at any longer distance yet as my garden is limited to that, but I have had to move to 3 and 5 spot targets as I have wrecked 6 arrows in 2 days ! Just thought I would post my findings as the performance amazed me for such a cheap and simple rest. Today's Ebay special: Archery Evolution Tee Today's Ebay special: Archery Custom Made string

That's interesting. I know it says for use with fingers or release aid. I wonder how many release aid rests would work with fingers? Not many I guess.

None as far as I know as you also need some side support or pressure on the arrow when shooting fingers.

I've seen a few people do that - usually people who got themselves a compound kit but no training. They all had a very dead loose, and sometimes eased the fingers off the string one by one. Not ideal execution, methinks.
